DarkAB TS3
General Information
DarkAB TS3 is a voice server for communication between DarkAB members, but you can join and use it even if you're not a member.

Rules
The DarkAB Administration Department sets out the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Rules") for the use of the DarkAB Teamspeak service (hereinafter referred to as "Server"). These rules apply to any person (hereinafter referred to as "user") who decides to connect to the server and continue to use the server even after reading the following rules. Ignorance of the rules does not excuse.
- The user must have a suitable username (must not contain inappropriate expressions), which he must not change during the entire period of using the server, unless a member of the management prompts him to do so.
- The user must have a suitable description and avatar.
- The user must not impersonate another user.
- The user must not abuse the rights of his server role.
- The user must not add false ranks to the name (e.g. [Admin], ...) and pretend to be a member of the management.
- It is forbidden to use poke on other users unless you have a reasonable reason to do so, use private messages to communicate with other users.
- It is forbidden to harass other users with spam messages or poke.
- It is forbidden to connect to channels that are not intended for you without the permission of the appropriate persons
The user who connects to the server must follow these rules:
- The user must observe good behavior, understood as a way of communication in the channels between other users of the server, in which users respect each other, do not use inappropriate expressions and do not commit crimes such as threats or extortion.
- It is forbidden to share content in the form of images, photos, videos, or links in any way that is illegal or inappropriate for a part of society.
- It is forbidden to share advertising for content or service for your own benefit.
- It is forbidden to play unsolicited music in the channel
- It is forbidden to record communication with other users in the channel without their consent.
The user who connects to the audio channel of the server (hereinafter referred to as the "channel") must follow these rules:

A member of an a-team can only kick or ban a user if:
- the user violates any of the above rules.
- a member of the a-team believes that this user is behaving inappropriately and in violation of the law or the moral principles of society.
- the a-team member himself believes that the user is abusing the missing information in the rules and this deficiency will be corrected within 24 hours of the sentence.
- Patience is required when dealing with users (it is better to report violations of the rule first, and to grant a temporary or permanent ban later).
A user who has a role in the management or administration of the server must follow these rules:
The penalty for breaking the rules is set by the server management. As a warning for breaking the rules there is a kick, for repeated violations there is a risk of a temporary ban. Serious violations of the rules may also result in a permanent ban or criminal complaint.
